WebThere are TWO different physical Pizza Hut gift cards that the web site/app accepts. First is the 12-digit card number with the 4 digit PIN. This is the OLD gift card; it is NOT SOLD anymore but still detected and accepted by the web site/app. Second is the 16-digit card number with the 3 digit CVV2 and an expiration month/year.
