WebJan 2, 2024 · You are reading Plant Growth wrong. "A creature moving through the area must spend 4 feet of movement for every 1 foot it moves." Forget about Difficult Terrain for the moment. Focus just on Plant Growth exclusively. If your char has a base Movement of 40 feet, you can "burn" that movement to move 10 feet. That is the base 4:1 ratio.
