WebMar 6, 2024 · Ones this ha been done you can remove the whole DEF tank assembly. Removal of the pump is qty. 3 4 mm Allen screws. Then the big plastic nut to remove the heater/sender assembly is taken loose with a large screw driver and a mallet. A few soft blows loosens it.
