Cannot hear sound on teams
WebSep 1, 2024 · Hi Teams has been working fine but suddenly it no longer registers that someone is calling me , I hear no ring tone and miss calls have gone into the settings under notifications and can see nothing wrong , have completed a test call and the ringing still does not work through headphones or the lap top. WebJun 29, 2024 · Hi, i found that going to sound settings in control panel then clicking on manage communications then disabling any other audio devices other than the earphones to force it to play through the wireless earphone only.
